Mustang Family to Grow In 2022

It was Carroll Shelby’s first “real automobile I’m proud of”. Despite being 55 years old, the Shelby GT500 is just as iconic now as it was back then.

A traditional and distinctive Brittany Blue color with two Wimbledon White exterior stripe variants will be available for the 2022 Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition fastbacks.

Shelby GT500 is the most powerful street-legal Ford ever built, combining world-class muscle and powertrain advances to achieve supercar levels of performance. Standard features include a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, race-bred control systems, and improved drive modes.

The new 2022 Mustang Coastal Limited Edition embodies Ford’s independence, but with added flair for those who appreciate coastal driving. Stripes of vinyl go along both sides of the vehicle and up to the top of the hood scoop on the side of the Mustang’s rear fender. The grille is black. Pedestal-mounted rear spoilers are available. Brittany Blue, Cyber Orange, and Rapid Red are the only colors available for the Coastal Edition.

Mustang Shelby GT500s are now available in Code Orange for 2022, matching Ford’s F-150 Raptor pickup truck, Bronco Raptor SUV, and the Ford GT Supercar that took first place in the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2017.

Atlantis Blue Metallic, Brittany Blue Metallic (only available on GT500 Heritage and Coastal Editions), Eruption Green Metallic, Grabber Blue Metallic, and Mischievous purple metallic are the other seven new colors for the 2022 Mustang.
