Do you ever get tired of trying to find your keys last minute? Whether they’re in your pocket or your purse, they seem to never be available when needed, especially when you’re standing at your car door while it’s pouring rain. Let us introduce you to the FordPass Connect app.

The technology we’re talking about is also known as Ford SYNC Connect and the main link between your phone and Ford vehicles. By now, Ford SYNC Connect is in almost every Ford vehicle released in 2021. It works in connection with the revolutionary FordPass App and streamlines the whole process. Once you’ve got the hang of things, you’ll never unlock your Ford Vehicle with your keys again.

Want to know how to set this feature up? Follow these steps: 

1. Get FordPass set up first by registering an account or vehicle. 
2. Once you’ve got FordPass activated, you’ll need to start your Ford vehicle.
3. Once the car has been started, you’ll notice that your touchscreen will have a message asking you to allow remote start.
4. Once you’ve pressed “Allow,” you’re now able to use remote start features.
5. Follow the guide on the screen to finish the setup.

Everything is easy as you’ll be walked step by step through the whole process. Not only will you be able to remote start your vehicle on command, but now, you’ll also be able to schedule remote starts for a future time.
