McLarty Daniel Lincoln Wins DealerRater 2022 Dealer of the Year

The results of this year’s DealerRater Awards have been announced, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Bentonville’s McLarty Daniel Lincoln took home two honors! This honor is significant because it is presented to just a small number of franchise dealers in the state. We were named Arkansas’ 2022 Lincoln Dealer of the Year, as well as the 2022 Consumer Satisfaction Award.

Dealer of the Year Award
The Dealer of the Year Award Program, sponsored by DealerRater, honors a select number of vehicle dealerships across the United States and Canada for top customer satisfaction as expressed in online evaluations on DealerRater, an online car dealership review site. At the regional, national, and state/provincial levels, the awards are granted to vehicle dealerships with the highest PowerScore in their category. The PowerScore for each dealership is determined by a Bayesian algorithm that takes into account the dealership’s average DealerRater star rating as well as the total number of reviews published about it during that calendar year.

A dealership must earn at least 25 reviews, receive one review every quarter, maintain a minimum average review rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 over a calendar year, and not be blacklisted to be considered for the Dealer of the Year award.

Consumer Satisfaction Award
Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to the best dealerships in the United States and Canada that fulfill the same criteria as the Dealer of the Year Award. The Consumer Satisfaction Awards are granted to dealerships that rank in the top 10% of new-vehicle franchise dealers in the United States, top used-car dealerships in the United States, and top Canadian car dealerships.
