Official Ford Bronco Store launches on Amazon.com

By this time next year, an all-new Ford Bronco will be galloping along the highways, byways and trails of America for the first time since the model went out of production back in 1996. We’ve got plenty of Bronco fanatics here at McLarty Daniel Ford of Bentonville, so to say that we’re a little excited about the unveiling of the all-new 2020 Ford Bronco next spring might be the understatement of the year!

While we’re anxiously awaiting the debut of the next Bronco, Ford has made buying a Christmas gift for the Bronco fan on your list easier than ever with the launch of an Official Bronco Store on Amazon.com. Featuring everything from replacement parts to apparel, Ford plans to add dozens more items to the store in coming months to help build excitement for the launch of the 2020 Bronco.

Ford has been torturing us by releasing little details about the 2020 Ford Bronco for months now, including a single photo showing the tarped prototype in profile. Even that teaser reveals a shape that’s bound to be pretty impressive: a boxy, short-wheelbase shape with a rear-mounted full-size spare, a squared-off front fascia, and an unmistakable resemblance to the iconic first-generation Bronco models built between 1965 and 1977. Ford has since further revealed that the production model will feature easily-removable doors and hardtop for full-on open air fun in the sun, a trait also shared by the first-gen Broncos.

Ford’s official Amazon.com Bronco Store debuted on December 2, A.K.A. “Cyber Monday.” The store is already stocked with a broad range of Bronco-themed items, including t-shirts, metal signs, phone cases, pet items, drinking glasses, vinyl stickers and magnets, baseball caps, die-cast Bronco toys, and more. If you or someone you love is restoring a first-generation Bronco and tired of fighting the rust monster, there are even Ford Motor Company-approved reproduction parts including full grilles and quarter panels, emblems, and more from world-class Bronco restorer Dennis Carpenter.

“The Bronco fan base is such a loyal one, and they love their Bronco gear,” said Casie Ocan͂a, Ford global brand licensing manager, brand & integrated marketing. “It’s great to be able to corral this merchandise and make it available and easy to buy at one site.”

In a press release announcing the store, Ford said that in coming months, the store will become the exclusive online home for items featuring the Ford Bronco R race prototype. Build to race in the punishing SCORE-International Baja 1000 in Mexico and featuring a design that hints at the final shape of the 2020 Bronco that will be unveiled next spring, the Bronco R is both an incredible machine and a rolling test bed where Ford engineers are developing the rugged chassis and drivetrain components that will go into the production-model 2020 Bronco.
